The Babies Are Growing!!!

We have been getting ready everyday for the arrival of the twins. Aric has been working hard to have the house ready before football starts. We think we are as ready as we could be at this point. Obviously we can't quite be prepared for twins but we have the house and supplies ready. :)

We had another ultrasound yesterday. The babies are growing great! They are slightly ahead of where they need to be right now. Baby A (boy) is weighing in at about 3 pounds 9 ounces and Baby B (girl) is weighing in at about 3 pounds 8 ounces. We are very happy they are progressing so well and at the same pace. I am almost 31 weeks pregnant....I can't believe how the time has flown by! The babies 'should' be here around week 37 or 38....probably more around 37. We are still expecting them in mid-September.

I hope you are all having a wonderful summer! Our summer has been great but I am getting rather sick of this heat! Heat in the 90's is way too hot for a very pregnant woman!

The Waiting Game Continues...

We have had a very eventful month. We spent a wonderful week with our family and friends in Montana. It was wonderful to be in 50 and 60 degree heat for a change! We did not get in any boating time but we still had a blast. I had a great shower while we were home thanks to the fabulous Bianchi girls! I will post a couple pictures when I get them. Upon returning to Nebraska, we had a nice shower here with our closest friends. It was great!

We are very ready for the babies to arrive. I will try to wait patiently. We have another ultrasound next week so we will have new stats then. Here is a picture of my growing belly at 28 1/2 weeks pregnant. It is currently the size of a full term belly....if there was one baby. :)
